  • • Code already used or invalid
  • • Within 30 days of purchase
  • • Proof of purchase (order confirmation)

Non-refundable

  • • Subscription already successfully activated
  • • Request submitted more than 30 days after purchase
  • • No proof of purchase

How to request a refund

Email returns@kingtv.us with your order number and the reason for your request. You'll receive detailed instructions within 24 hours.

Our team will verify your request and keep you updated on the refund status.

Receive your refund

Once approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Subscription replacement

Having issues with your subscription? We can replace it for free or offer a full refund.

  • Non-working subscription: Immediate replacement or refund
  • Code already used: Guaranteed refund
  • Unavailable: Full refund

Replacements follow the same 30-day policy as refunds.

Note: Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our error or a defective code. Replacement subscriptions are sent at no charge.

Non-working or defective subscription

If the subscription you received doesn't work or is defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it
  • Attach a screenshot of the error and your order details
  • You'll receive a replacement subscription or a full refund
  • If unavailable, a full refund including any applicable costs
